// The short version
What this site collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, and no logins. There is nothing here to sign up for, so most of what a privacy policy usually covers does not apply. Three things do.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which buttons they click. It sets cookies and records your IP address, browser, device type, approximate location from that IP, and the pages you visit. We record these events: clicking a call-to-action, clicking our email address, reaching the booking section, opening the booking widget, choosing a time, and completing a booking. None of those events carry your name, email, or any other identifying detail.
Booking a call. The scheduling widget is Calendly, embedded from calendly.com. If you book, you give Calendly your name, email, timezone and whatever you type in the notes. That goes to Calendly first and reaches us through their system. Their privacy policy governs it, and we only see what you chose to enter.
Contacting us directly. If you email hello@arrowstoneai.com or call (949) 989-6882, we have whatever you send us. We keep it as long as we are talking, and while a project is running, and afterward for our records.

Not to anyone, for any price. We have never done it and we are not building toward it.
We do not run ads
No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no ad networks. The analytics here are for us, not for advertisers.
We do not build profiles
We look at aggregate traffic. We are not tracking you as an individual across the web.
We do not email you unbidden
Booking a call is not a newsletter signup. We contact you about the thing you contacted us about.
// Cookies
Cookies, and turning them off
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_JS870WV93H. They distinguish one visitor from another and expire after two years. Calendly sets its own cookies once the booking widget loads.
You can block or delete these in your browser settings at any time, and the site will work normally without them. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who else is involved
Google Analytics
Traffic measurement. Receives your IP, device and browsing behavior on this site.
Calendly
The booking widget. Receives what you enter when you schedule a call.
Google Fonts
Typefaces load from Google servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page renders.
Netlify
Hosting. Keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving the site.

Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is still no agreed standard for what a website should do when it receives one, so this site does not respond to it. If you want to stop analytics, the browser settings and the Google opt-out add-on above are the reliable route.

Your rights
If you are a California resident, state law gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Arrowstone LLC is small enough that the CCPA thresholds almost certainly do not apply to us, but we will honor those requests regardless rather than argue about whether we have to.
Email hello@arrowstoneai.com and say what you want. We will respond within 30 days. Because this site has no accounts, in most cases the honest answer is that we hold nothing about you beyond anonymous analytics and any email you sent us.

Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes, and who to ask
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so checking this page is the way to see where things stand.
