Flat fee, not hourly
You get a fixed price for a defined deliverable before work begins. You're buying a working system, not our time — so we're motivated to build it well and fast, not slowly.
Two components
A one-time build fee for designing and deploying the system, and a monthly fee covering the underlying services, monitoring, and ongoing tuning.
Quoted after the call
We quote once we understand your call volume, tools, and what you actually need. That takes about thirty minutes.
No lock-in
Month to month on the ongoing side. If it isn't producing value, you shouldn't be paying for it.
